Bio: Vineeta Mishra is Head of Programming at NFDC Waves Film Bazaar, South Asia’s largest film market, and also Waves Bazaar, With 19 years of experience in film curation, programming, and project development, she has been instrumental in bringing South Asian stories to the world stage, facilitating co-productions, securing distribution deals, and guiding projects to top-tier festivals. She has served on juries for the Raindance Film Festival, SIFFCY, and Reborn Film Festival, and was a driving force behind the launch of Doc Film Bazaar India’s first dedicated documentary market and played a significant role in launch of Waves Bazaar,an industry platform connecting the global film, AVGC, and television sectors. Passionate about championing diverse voices, nurturing emerging talent, and creating meaningful industry collaborations, Vineeta plays a pivotal role in shaping conversations and opportunities across global content markets.
