Rahul Joshi is an Indian actor, trained in New York and based in Mumbai. After finishing his schooling across Bangkok, Dubai and Bangkok, he pursued a BSc.IBA degree in the Netherlands. Upon completion, he moved to New York to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA, est 1884), and was thereafter invited to join the AADA Theatre Company.
His professional credits in the US include 3 shows with the AADA Company, 4 Actors Equity sponsored shows across New York, Texas, Florida and Maine, including an Off-Broadway Debut. The 2-man production of ‘Guards at the Taj’ was the recipient of several BroadwayWorld Awards including Best Play, Best Actor, and Best Ensemble. After a project was dropped that would’ve been his Broadway debut as a lead actor, he came down to Mumbai and has been there since.
His professional credits in India include 2 theatre shows (Rangshila and MCCC), 5 advertisements (Spotify, Gillette, etc.), and 1 short film.
