My name is Bhagat Singh Saini, an experienced filmmaker based in Delhi, India, and the Creative Head of Kinoscope Films. An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, I hold a Ph.D. in Media Studies, specialising in new media performances. I have taught World Theatre and Narrative Techniques as Guest Faculty at the Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, New Delhi, and have directed several stage productions. My work includes Kishtein, selected (Top 30) at the SWA Screenwriters Lab 2021, Red Woman was a finalist at Animation Filmmaking Competition, WAVES 2025, Raibaar (Garhwali Film released in September 2025), Levir (TOP Selects, Waves Bazaar 2025) and A Hundred Thousand Years Later (Upcoming). My documentary project On the Run was selected for the PSBT Doc Commune Cohort 2023. I was named one of the Creative Minds of Tomorrow at IFFI Goa 2024.
