| Bio | I am an Independent Filmmaker. I have written and directed three indie features. My recent film is ‘a passenger in love’. Film has won Audience Choice Award in LA based Indic Film Utsav and has it European premiere at Reaktor International Film Festival, Austria. My recent feature ‘Candy and the pizza girl’ is in IFFI GOA 2024. I also work as an Indian line producer for many international networks which includes Sky News, Discovery Polska, Arte, Facebook and a few more. I have my own Film and Line Prodcution company called A FREEMAN FILMS based in Delhi and Mumbai. I keep oscillating between Delhi and Mumbai as per my working calendar and I am generally very open to all the new opportunities coming down the line.

| Experience | He has done his Mass Communication from Madhubala College, Madangir, Delhi. Academy Award Winner Producer, Guneet Monga is also from Madhubala Institute of Mass Communication. After completing journalism from Delhi he went to Mumbai to become a writer in 2013. In the early stages of his film career, he wrote for radio with Anu Kapoor for ‘Suhana Safar’. Veteran tv writer Kamlesh Kunti Singh taught him television writing but his love for art and cinema rather took him to independent filmmaking , he is an autodidact filmmaker who made a few experimental short films to learn the craft and later did his mumblecore debut feature Waster (2021) Streaming on Neestream. A Passenger in Love (2022) is his sophomore indie feature and luckily film genre looks very close to Oscar Nominated film Past Lives (2024). Film is finally releasing early this year on Jio Cinema in India and on Amazon in US and UK. |
