Bio: Mia is an award-winning actor known for her leading role in The Field (Sandhya Suri), now part of The Criterion Collection. The film won Best International Short Film at TIFF 2018, premiered at Telluride, and was BAFTA 2019 nominated. She has also worked as acting coach and casting assistant for Majidi’s Beyond the Clouds.
A National School of Drama graduate, Mia is trained in American, European, and Classical Indian acting techniques, including Koodiyattam. Her credits include:
