Dikssha Routray, is a true multi-hyphenate with a decade-long career spanning advertising, filmmaking, and production. As a creative producer, she has worked on acclaimed films like Andhadhun and Merry Christmas and has led numerous other films and series for Matchbox over the years.
Dikssha began her journey by assisting Sriram Raghavan on Badlapur before directing two short films, The Ideal Bride and Red Velvet. Red Velvet earned nominations at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne and the Filmfare Awards, solidifying her reputation as a compelling storyteller.
At Matchbox Shots, Dikssha plays a pivotal role in shaping projects from concept to execution. She collaborates with leading directors, ensuring each story is brought to life with precision and vision. A powerhouse of talent, she is an integral force behind everything we do.
