At Invest India, she headed India Cine Hub (Film Facilitation Office) under the Ministry of I&B, driving India’s incentive models and industry outreach.

Designation: Former Coproductions and Outreach Lead, India Cine Hub
Bio: Specialist in India’s official co-production treaties and international collaborations, Leena led structuring, evaluation, and facilitation of treaty projects, filming permissions, and Single Window coordination under the “Film in India” initiative. Previously produced award-winning documentaries and shows at NDTV and later served with NFDC’s Production Department.
