Bio: Over the past 2 decades, Shruti Rajkumar has worked in all capacities of the content business. She has developed, anchored, and produced shows for sports & entertainment & has managed research, content, and programming acquisition strategy for the English general entertainment portfolio at Star and the Infotainment portfolio at Sony.
In her current role at Invest India, she heads India Cine Hub (film facilitation office), under the Ministry of information and broadcasting, Govt. of India.

Designation: Assistant Vice President, India Cine Hub (Film Facilitation Office, Ministry of I&B, Govt. of India)
Bio: Leena Rani Narzary currently serves as Assistant Vice President at India Cine Hub (formerly Film Facilitation Office) under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. She leads the national mandate on official co-productions under the signed bilateral agreements of India, including the structuring, evaluation, and facilitation of co-production arrangements with international partners. Her role also involves liaising with authorities in co-production partner countries to ensure smooth implementation of agreements. Additionally, she oversees filming permissions and drives government and industry outreach efforts to strengthen India’s positioning as a global filming destination. Since 2017, she has been instrumental in implementing the Ministry’s flagship “Film in India” initiative—spearheading efforts to position India as a global filmmaking destination. Through strategic coordination with Central and State Government bodies, she has helped streamline filming processes via the Single Window portal (www.indiacinehub.gov.in).
Leena has been a key driver in forging international audio-visual partnerships, negotiating and executing co-production agreements, and promoting India’s Incentive Scheme for foreign production and official co-productions—significantly enhancing India’s appeal to global filmmakers.
Prior to her current role, Leena spent over a decade at New Delhi Television (NDTV), where she produced several award-winning documentaries and television programs. She later joined the National Film Development Corporation’s Department of Production as Senior Supervising Producer, managing end-to-end content solutions and campaign dissemination for multiple government entities.
